Ashleigh Paine and Jeff Parks at Mud Bugs

Last week Grace On Productions helped Ashleigh Paine kick off a new video series for her Parkbench site that showcases local businesses around Buda, Kyle, and Wimberley. The first episode is with Jeff Parks, the owner and founder of Mud Bugs A Cajun Joint, which opened last year in Buda right before everything shut down because of Covid-19. Jeff talks about how they pivoted to keep the business going and a whole lot more! They have since been a thriving part of Downtown Buda and their food is AMAZING. Check it out!
